K9 Luxury Resorts Pet Hotel - Gallatin is seeking a Pet Resort Guest Service Representative to greet clients, manage reservations, and ensure a wow experience for every dog and owner. You will supervise pet intake, assist with tours, and help coordinate feeding, medicating, and playtimes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the building and assist with inquiries.
• Perform check-in/check-out and reservation procedures in the POS system.
• Take custody of pets and ensure proper placement in the building.
• Answer telephone inquiries and provide tours when needed.
• Feed and medicate all dogs and provide personal playtimes on request.
• Support sanitation and housekeeping of lobby, boarding, and daycare areas.
• Assist management with tasks including bathing dogs and monitoring daycare.
