Job summary

Destination Pet LLC is seeking a General Manager in Wisconsin to lead daily center operations and build a culture that delivers exceptional care for pets and their families. You will partner with Destination Pet support teams to drive financial performance, manage budgets, and develop a high-performing department.

You will recruit, coach, and retain top talent, balance service with labor costs, and ensure compliance with safety and employment regulations while delivering outstanding guest

• Willingness to manage budgets, labor, payroll, inventory, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily operations of the center, ensuring a safe, clean, and exceptional experience for pets, clients, and team members.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team with a positive, accountable culture.
• Create schedules that balance exceptional service with labor budget expectations.
• Manage center payroll, labor costs, and staffing levels with timely payroll approval.
• Drive financial performance by managing budgets, reviewing operational reports, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving concerns and building relationships with pet parents.
