Job summary

PetSuites Plymouth, a National Veterinary Associates (NVA) owned pet resort, seeks a General Manager to lead daily operations, guest experiences, and profitability in Plymouth, Minnesota. You’ll drive revenue, manage costs, and shape a high‑performing team focused on pet care and service excellence.

You’ll align with brand standards, coach leaders, and build a culture of accountability while ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence across all departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; 3–5 years of management with P&L responsibility.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead resort operations, guest experience, and profitability.
• Own budget, revenue, labor, and EBITDA metrics.
• Develop and execute local sales and marketing plans.
• Hire, train, and coach front- and back-of-house teams.
• Oversee safety, compliance, and daily audits.
