National Veterinary Associates is seeking a General Manager for NVA Pet Resorts Addison in Addison, TX. You will lead day-to-day operations, guest experience, sales growth and profitability while guiding a team to deliver exceptional pet care.

This role blends hands-on leadership with business ownership, driving revenue, controlling costs, and building a culture of accountability. You’ll develop your leadership bench, supervise managers, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance across the

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of management experience with P&L responsibility.
• Strong operational leadership and accountability.
• P&L management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Willing to work 45–50 hours weekly.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and a vehicle for pet transport.
• Ability to drive change in a fast-paced environment.
