Job summary

PetSuites Novi, part of NVA Pet Resorts, is seeking a General Manager to oversee all resort operations, guest/pet care, team leadership, and profitability. You will drive revenue, manage costs, and ensure exceptional experiences for pets and their people.

Lead the team to deliver outstanding customer service, build a culture of accountability, and align with brand standards and regional initiatives. This role blends hands-on leadership with business ownership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of management experience with P&L responsibility.
• Ability to work up to 45–50 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performance resort team.
• Drive revenue, manage costs, and improve profitability.
• Ensure guest and pet safety, care, and service quality.
• Maintain brand standards and operational excellence.
• Own reporting, budgeting, and KPI review.
