Job summary

National Veterinary Associates (NVA) seeks a hands-on General Manager for its NVA Pet Resorts portfolio. You will own resort performance, drive revenue, EBITDA, and guest experiences, while building a high‑performing leadership team on the floor rather than at a desk.

You’ll lead financial and operational excellence, sales‑driven culture, local market growth, and brand standards across staffing, safety, and guest service, reporting to corporate and collaborating with community partners.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of management with P&L responsibility.
• Proven success in driving revenue and developing teams.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, restaurant, veterinary, or multi-service environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own resort performance with full P&L accountability.
• Lead data-driven planning to meet budget and growth targets.
• Manage labor, expenses, and productivity while maintaining guest and pet safety.
