Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 to 4 years of customer service experience; leadership a plus.
• Strong communication skills; ability to lead teams hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and develop the team to deliver great pet care.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor guidelines.
