Job summary

K9 Resorts of Turnersville is seeking a Pet Resort General Manager to plan, direct, and oversee daily operations across all departments. You will lead staff, uphold company values, ensure guest and client satisfaction, and drive performance while safeguarding the P&L and KPIs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of managerial hospitality experience, a BA or equivalent, and a strong customer-service mindset. Weekend and holiday hours are required, and opportunities for advancement abound.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in hospitality.
• BA or equivalent recommended.
• Customer service-oriented.
• Willing to work any shift outside schedule.
• Weekend and holiday hours required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining a positive reputation in the community.
• Hire and manage all staff members.
• Maintain employee retention through succession planning and annual reviews.
• Delegate responsibilities and expect accountability and feedback.
• Handle all advertising and marketing for the business.
• Personally handle high-level customer complaints or ensure they are managed by an Assistant Manager.
• Be capable of performing any job requirement of any staff member.
• Monitor P&L monthly and control expenses.
• Create, monitor, and report KPIs.
• Hold monthly staff meetings and weekly huddles.
