Job summary

K9 Resorts of Turnersville is seeking a Pet Resort General Manager to plan, direct, and oversee daily operations across all departments. You will uphold our mission and values, protect and train staff, and deliver exceptional guest and client experiences.

You will lead and educate the team, drive revenue, and ensure adherence to policies while fostering a culture of accountability and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the hospitality industry.
• BA or equivalent recommended.
• Customer service-oriented.
• Must be willing to work any shift outside of their schedule upon request of ownership.
• Weekend and holiday hours are required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining a positive reputation in the community.
• Hire and manage all staff members.
• Maintain employee retention through succession planning and annual reviews.
• Delegate responsibilities and expect accountability and feedback.
• Handle all advertising and marketing for the business.
• Personally handle high-level customer complaints or ensure they are managed by an Assistant Manager.
• Be capable of performing any job requirement of any staff member.
• Monitor P&L monthly and control expenses.
• Create, monitor, and report KPIs.
• Hold monthly staff meetings and weekly huddles.
