NVA Pet Resorts in Mesa, Arizona seeks an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager and lead day-to-day operations at the Doggie District – Mesa.

You will coach shifts, manage guest experience, drive revenue growth, control costs, and ensure safety and cleanliness across the resort.

The role offers hands-on leadership, a collaborative culture, and opportunities for career growth within a rapidly expanding organization.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years of customer service experience (leadership a plus).
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Availability to work up to 45 to 50 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

Mansioni

• Lead Shift Leads and Team Members to build capability and confidence.
• Oversee operations and guest experience with a focus on pet care, facility standards, cleanliness, and safety.
• Support marketing programs, local lead-generation, and membership growth.
• Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and expense management to meet performance targets.
• Develop Shift Leads through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
