• Operational Support: work with the Resort Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Team Leadership: assist in hiring, training, and mentoring staff across roles.
• Customer Service Excellence: engage with clients and address concerns promptly.
• Safety and Cleanliness: supervise facility cleanliness and safety standards.
• Inventory Management: track supplies and coordinate vendor relationships.
• Pet Care Coordination: ensure proper care plans across daycare, boarding, and grooming.
• Event Planning and Marketing: assist in promoting events and promotions.
• Administrative Duties: support payroll, scheduling, and reporting.
