NVA Pet Resorts is seeking an Assistant General Manager for the League City resort in League City, Texas. You will partner with the General Manager to run day-to-day operations, coach Shift Leads, and drive service excellence for pets and their people.

We value a hands-on leader who can grow our team, manage guest experience, and contribute to revenue and expense planning. This role requires strong communication and a collaborative leadership style in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of customer service experience (leadership experience is a plus).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead teams in a hands-on environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Resort Leadership Team to deliver consistent service and pet care excellence.
• Manage operations with focus on guest experience, safety, and facility standards.
• Support financial performance through budgeting, scheduling, and cost controls.
