Job summary

NVA Pet Resorts is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our PetSuites Long Meadow resort in Houston, TX. You will partner with the GM to run day-to-day operations, develop the team, and deliver outstanding pet care and client service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of customer service experience; leadership experience a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for leading teams.
