Job summary

Pet Circle Pharmacy is hiring for a part-time on-site Customer Support specialist in Pemulwuy. You will deliver high-volume service via email and live chat, handle prescriptions, and support pharmacy operations in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll own customer inquiries, coordinate with veterinary clinics, and ensure accurate records while following SOPs. A passion for pets and a willingness to move between customer support and hands-on dispensary work are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, KPI-driven customer service or operations.
• Pharmacy or dispensary experience is highly regarded but not essential.
• Ability to independently resolve customer issues.
• Interest in AI and new technologies to improve processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-first approach.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and regulated processes.
• Comfort using CRM, ticketing or order-management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer service in a high-volume environment via email, live chat, and some outbound calls.
• Own customer enquiries about orders, deliveries, prescriptions and the pharmacy ordering process, resolving issues while meeting KPIs/SLAs.
• Manage prescription-related administration and correspondence with customers and veterinary clinics.
• Perform admin checks of prescription and order information per SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Accurately pick, pack, label and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Identify and resolve issues delaying prescription processing, liaising with customers, clinics, pharmacists and delivery partners.
• Support stock receipt, inventory management, order fulfilment and general pharmacy operations.
• Maintain accurate records across systems.
• Act as Voice of the Customer by sharing insights to improve processes.
• Move between customer experience and hands-on pharmacy operations as needed.
