Job summary

Mixlab is a fast-growing pet pharmacy focused on high-quality, customized medications and exceptional service for pets and their families. The role supports packaging, fulfillment, inventory, and lab station upkeep to help the pharmacy run smoothly and safely.

You will contribute to accurate order processing, maintain clean work areas, and assist with various duties as needed to ensure a great customer experience for pet owners and veterinarians alike.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and select holidays.
• Demonstrates ownership, accountability and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Label packages with accurate delivery information and categorize them.
• Assemble and fulfill daily orders, including medications and other items.
• Document inventory intake and ensure stock availability.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized pharmacy environment per USP guidelines.
• Assist with packing, restocking lab stations, and equipment washing.
• Support pharmacy team to ensure accurate and efficient order processing.
• Sort, file and manage records; follow safety procedures and policies.
