Job summary

Mixlab, the first modern pet pharmacy, seeks a detail-oriented team member to support packaging, fulfillment, inventory, and lab upkeep. You will help ensure accurate orders, restock labs, and maintain a clean, compliant pharmacy environment while delivering exceptional care to pets and their people.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to learn and adapt to new processes.
• Strong ownership and accountability mindset.
• Scrappy and resourceful.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must love pets and their people.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Label and package orders with accurate delivery details.
• Assemble and restock lab stations and equipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organize packing materials.
• Process daily orders including medications, toys, and care cards.
• Clean and sanitize workspace and equipment per procedures.
• Assist with stocking, cleaning, and inventory documentation.
• Support pharmacy procedures, safety, and hygiene standards.
