Job summary

Mixlab is seeking a part-time Animal Health Pharmacy Associate to support packaging, inventory, and order fulfillment in our pet-focused pharmacy. You will help prepare and restock lab stations, label packages, and ensure a clean, compliant workspace under pharmacist supervision.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a flexible schedule including some nights, weekends, and holidays, and a love for pets. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment and grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Label and pack orders with accurate shipping details.
• Construct, label, and organize cartons, crates and containers.
• Remove defective products and direct them for proper handling.
• Assemble and fulfill daily orders including meds, toys, notes and usage guides.
• Fill out packing/order forms with shipping information.
• Maintain neat, organized packing materials.
• Restock lab stations and clean equipment per schedule.
• Review inventory and ensure stock availability of ingredients.
• Comply with pharmacy procedures, safety regulations and USP guidelines.
