Job summary

Mixlab, the first modern pet pharmacy, is seeking a Processing Technician to prepare accurate medication orders and support pharmacy operations with pharmacists and the logistics team.

This 28-hour, part-time role is fast-paced and requires attention to detail, a customer-focused mindset, and collaboration. You will help process, package, and track prescriptions while maintaining records and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders by confirming data, counting, filling and labeling medications, and packing.
• Ensure accuracy of patient information and records, update as needed.
• Check for completeness of prescriptions.
• Handle customer interactions professionally.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and logistics to improve quality and efficiency.
• Maintain inventory and records per regulations and policies.
• Keep work area organized and pharmacy appearance.
• Cross-train across Mixlab functions over time.
• Support digital process improvements and troubleshoot bugs.
