Arizona Veterinary Oncology in Gilbert, AZ is hiring a full-time Client Service Representative (CSR) to join Thrive Pet Healthcare. You will greet clients and their pets, manage registrations, schedule diagnostics, and coordinate with referring hospitals.

This role requires friendly, professional service, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and rotating holidays. You will help maintain records, handle cash, and support the team in delivering gold-standard care.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and 1 year experience in veterinary medicine are required.
• Great communication skills - Team oriented with an ability to collaborate.
• Outstanding multi-tasker.
• Must be able to work rotating holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets and help new client registrations.
• Educate clients and answer non-medical inquiries.
• Maintain client relationships and respond to calls, messages, and emails.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate access to patient records.
• Maintain front desk, reception areas and exam rooms in a neat, clean state.
• Ensure financial responsibilities are met with accurate cash handling.
• Mentor and support fellow team members when needed.
