All Valley Pet Clinic at Emerald is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team. You will be the first and last impression for clients, providing clear communication to clients and staff in a community-based practice.

The ideal candidate brings exceptional customer service, at least 6 months of experience, ability to multitask, and a compassionate, professional approach to pet care. This is an on-site position with Thrive Pet Healthcare family benefits.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to clearly communicate with team as well as with clients.
• Ability to work well in both a team environment and independently.
• Ability to perform clerical work with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional, friendly and informative customer service.
• Communicate with clients in person, over the phone as well as via email.
• Maintain medical records both in the computer management software and in physical charts.
• Schedule and confirm all appointments and surgeries.
• Accurately process charges for services and products.
• Fill food and prescription orders.
• Answer questions regarding services, products and general animal husbandry (i.e. Heartworm prevention, flea and tick prevention, specialty diets etc.)
