Animal Care Clinic in Round Rock, TX is seeking a part-time Veterinary Customer Service Representative to be the hospital's first and last impression. You will handle phone calls, emails, texts, and face-to-face inquiries while ensuring thorough, accurate documentation and invoicing.

In this role you will schedule appointments, answer questions about services, educate clients, greet pets and their families, and support a caring team focused on high-quality veterinary care for dogs and cats.

About You

Our Client Service Representatives provide our hospital's first and last impressions and are instrumental in managing client requests and appointment flow. We emphasize excellent customer service and are looking for a responsible, team-oriented, self-motivated team player. This exceptionally important role requires team members to juggle phone calls, emails, text messages, and face-to-face communications while ensuring thorough, accurate documentation and invoicing. CSRs are trained to understand the basics of veterinary medicine to appropriately schedule doctor visits, answer questions, and educate our clients.

Your Experience & Skills

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
