Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists (GCVS) is seeking a Client Patient Coordinator (CPC) in Houston, TX. The CPC will maintain communication among doctors, clients, and staff, provide daily updates on in-hospital patients, and manage appointment schedules and records.

This role requires a friendly, professional, and can-do attitude with strong client communication skills. The CPC will handle invoicing, documentation, and record maintenance, while educating clients on post‑operative care and home

Responsibilities

• Maintain medical records and support patient care workflows.
• Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and pharmacies to ensure seamless care.
• Train and support CPC colleagues and participate in meetings.
