Job summary

Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education in Pearland, Texas is hiring a Veterinary Client Service Representative to warmly welcome clients, schedule appointments, and coordinate care with veterinarians and staff.

You will process payments, manage phone lines, obtain medical history, input data accurately, and support our mission to deliver compassionate, comprehensive veterinary care for all species.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Weekend availability as needed
• Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, quality customer care to patients and clients
• Process invoices payments
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain all necessary medical history
• Determine the status of the patient's immunizations and tests
• Communicate with the doctor and technical staff on the patient's arrival and necessary treatments
• Fill prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter products as instructed by a veterinarian
• Accurately input data into computer software
