Qualifications

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis as part of stocking and guest carry-outs.
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sales Floor Operations: be present on the sales floor, actively selling Tomlinson’s core products and helping guests meet sales goals.
• Store Appearance: keep the store well lit, stocked, clean and welcoming, and maintain an inspection-ready presentation.
• Communications: stay in constant contact with Store leadership about operations and needs and attend required meetings and trainings.
