Key Responsibilities

Sales Floor Operations

Constant presence on the sales floor helping guests and actively selling core products while working to hit sales goals.

• Spends the vast majority of shift on the sales floor
• Builds rapport with guests
• Ensures customer service and satisfaction exceeds expectations
• Unloads shipments, rotates stock, and assists in maintaining an inspection‑ready store
• Supports and advocates for company and store leadership initiatives
• Maintains the company’s reputation, culture, and vision while building relationships with guests through high levels of service and pet‑focused selling

Store Appearance

Ensures the store is always aesthetically in compliance with Tomlinson’s Brand Standards.

• Maintains an appealing store by keeping it well lit, stocked, clean, and clutter‑free, and by ensuring it is a warm and welcoming place to shop
• Maintains an inspection‑ready store at all times, especially on inspection dates

Communications

Constant communication with store leadership regarding operations and needs.

• Attends all required store meetings and trainings

Additional Duties

This role also assists with deliveries as needed (company vehicle provided).
