Tomlinson’s Feed, a locally owned pet store serving Central Texas for 80 years, is hiring to join our family. You’ll be on the sales floor helping guests, actively selling core products, and working to exceed sales goals while delivering friendly, world-class service.

This active role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, welcoming store that reflects Tomlinson’s brand.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver friendly, world-class customer service.
• Active selling of core products to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Sales Floor Operations: Be on the sales floor helping guests and actively selling Tomlinson’s core products.
• Store appearance: Maintain the store’s aesthetics, lighting, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communications: Stay in regular contact with store leadership and attend required meetings/trainings.
