• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis to stock the store and assist guests.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Spends the vast majority of shift on the sales floor helping guests.
• Actively selling Tomlinson’s core products and working to hit sales goals.
• Builds rapport with guests and ensures customer service exceeds expectations.
• Unloads shipments, rotates stock, and keeps the store inspection-ready.
• Supports and advocates for company and store leadership initiatives.
• Maintains brand standards and creates a warm, welcoming shopping environment.
