Qualifications

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis to stock the store and assist guests
• Active, standing role for majority of shift
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Spends the vast majority of shift on the sales floor helping guests and selling core products
• Builds rapport with guests and aims to exceed service expectations
• Unloads shipments, rotates stock, maintains inspection-ready store
• Supports leadership initiatives and upholds brand standards
