Responsibilities

• Spends the vast majority of shift on the sales floor engaging with guests and actively selling core products to help hit sales goals.
• Unloads shipments, rotates stock, and helps maintain an inspection-ready store.
• Maintains a warm, welcoming store environment that reflects Tomlinson's Brand Standards and culture.
• Keeps guests informed, attends required store meetings and trainings, and supports leadership initiatives.
