Fetch Pet Insurance is seeking a Pet Insurance Sales Associate to drive on-site sales at our Bentonville partner location. You will articulate Fetch’s value, convert opportunities to customers, and maintain accurate CRM records while cultivating strong partner relationships.

The role requires a P&C license (or commitment to obtain within 30 days), 3–5 years in animal care, and comfort engaging customers face-to-face.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license or willingness to obtain one within 30 days at company expense.
• 3–5 years of experience in an animal care role.
• Ability to generate sales and convert opportunities into customers.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage pet parents and partners.

Responsibilities

• Represent Fetch on-site to sell pet insurance at the Bentonville partner location.
• Explain Fetch advantages and defend products against competitors.
• Record prospect and customer data in Fetch CRM accurately.
• Build professional relationships with partner locations to meet objectives.
• Travel to industry events as required and manage expenses/reporting monthly.
