Fetch Pet Insurance is seeking a Pet Insurance Sales Associate to join our team at the Houston Humane Society in Houston, TX. You will sell pet insurance on-site, educate pet parents on policy benefits, and build strong relationships with partner locations while meeting monthly targets.

The role requires a current P&C license or willingness to obtain one within 30 days, 3–5 years in an animal care context, and a passion for helping pets.

Qualifications

• Represent Fetch on-site to prospective pet parents at partner locations in Houston area.
• Demonstrate Fetch advantages and understanding of pet health insurance products.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients and manage customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Represent Fetch as a confident, friendly advisor to sell pet insurance on-site.
• Record prospect and customer information in Fetch CRM.
• Meet performance objectives and partner expectations monthly.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify new business opportunities.
• Attend monthly company meetings as required.
• Manage expense budgets and submit reports monthly.
