Fetch is seeking a Pet Insurance Sales Associate to join the team at the Houston Humane Society in Houston, TX. You will engage with pet owners, explain policy benefits, and convert inquiries into policy sales.

The role emphasizes customer-first service, a consultative selling approach, and strong relationship building with partner staff. A valid P&C license or plan to obtain one is required. This is a full-time on-site position with performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license or willing to obtain within 30 days, per state requirements.
• 3–5 years in an animal care role; comfortable with face-to-face sales.
• Proven ability to build relationships using a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Represent Fetch on-site at Houston partner location to sell pet insurance.
• Explain advantages of Fetch policies and policy details to customers.
• Convert prospects into loyal clients and repeat customers.
• Record prospect and customer information in Fetch CRM accurately.
• Build productive relationships with partner location staff to meet objectives.
• Attend monthly company meetings and participate in follow-up discussions.
