Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Pet Insurance Sales Associate to join the team at the Humane Society for Greater Savannah in Savannah, GA. The role focuses on selling pet insurance to customers at partner locations, with a customer-first mindset and a drive to convert opportunities into sales.

You will engage with pet parents, explain benefits, and record information in the CRM while traveling to industry events as needed. This is a full-time position with a strong emphasis on performance and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Own P&C license or willing to obtain within 30 days of employment (state requirements)
• 3–5 years in an animal care role
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written)
• Able to work peak hours Fri–Sun in a fast-paced sales cycle
• Willing to travel to industry events as required

Responsibilities

• Represent Fetch as a confident, friendly advisor to sell pet insurance at partner locations in the Savannah area
• Explain Fetch advantages and product benefits to potential customers
• Record prospect and customer information in Fetch CRM
• Build productive relationships with partner locations to meet performance objectives
• Identify opportunities for new business with leadership
• Attend monthly company meetings or check-ins as required
• Manage expense reports and complete monthly submissions
• Handle all administrative tasks related to the partnership
• Exceed customer expectations and deliver exceptional service
