Fetch is seeking a Pet Insurance Sales Associate to join our amazing team at the Nashville Humane Association in Nashville, TN. You will focus on converting opportunities into sales while delighting customers and explaining the value of comprehensive pet insurance.

A valid P&C license is preferred, or you must obtain one within 30 days. The role requires a customer-first mindset, excellent communication, and willingness to travel to industry events.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in an animal care role.
• Active P&C license or willing to obtain within 30 days.
• Strong prospecting and sales conversion abilities.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication.
• Customer-first mindset with a consultative approach.
• Willingness to travel to industry events.
• Knowledge of Fetch products and competitors.

Responsibilities

• Represent Fetch at partner location in Nashville area and sell pet insurance.
• Communicate competitive advantages of Fetch pet insurance products.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients, raving fans, and repeat customers.
• Accurately recording prospect and customer information in Fetch CRM.
• Establish productive relationships with partner locations to meet objectives.
• Proactively assess partner needs through onsite focus and follow-up meetings.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for new business.
• Attend monthly company meetings or check-ins as required.
• Manage expense budget and submit completed reports monthly.
• Handle all administrative tasks relative to the partnership.
