Fetch is seeking a Pet Insurance Sales Associate to join our team at Harbor Humane Society in West Olive, MI. You will represent Fetch on-site, explain policy options, and convert prospects into loyal customers while delivering exceptional care to pet parents.

You will build relationships with partner locations, maintain CRM records, and participate in ongoing trainings. The role includes base pay with performance bonuses and a focus on customer-first service.

Qualifications

• Represent Fetch as a confident, friendly advisor to sell pet insurance on-site at partner location.
• Communicate competitive advantages of Fetch; demonstrate understanding of Fetch and competitor products.
• Convert prospects into loyal clients while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Record prospect and customer information in Fetch CRM.
• Establish productive relationships with partner locations to meet objectives monthly.
• Proactively assessing partner needs through onsite focus and follow-up meetings.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for new business.
• Communicate with peers via chat to identify challenges and successes.
• Attend monthly company meetings or check-ins as required.
• Manage expense budgets and submit monthly reports.
• Handle all administrative tasks related to the partnership.
