Responsibilities

• Facilitates associate experience and development, including training and coaching.
• Delegates and validates completion of daily tasks.
• Leads when on duty and supervises associates.
• Ensures pet health and facility cleanliness in the PetsHotel.
• Manages check-in/check-out for guests and maintains health records.
• Coordinates hotel events and promotions.
• Sells merchandise and services.
• Ensures safety and store standards.
