This role ensures a welcoming, safe environment for pets and staff, overseeing PetsHotel operations, opening/closing, and maintaining a clean, safe store experience.

The position emphasizes leadership, daily task delegation, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction, health protocols, and teamwork in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience.
• Full-time availability; evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the associate experience and development through training, onboarding, mentoring, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Delegate and validate daily tasks; lead when on duty; address complaints and concerns.
• Oversee pet parent interactions, healthcare, and facility cleanliness within the hotel.
• Ensure check-in/check-out accuracy and health and medical information for guests.
