Job summary

PetSmart's PetsHotel Lead role focuses on delivering exceptional pet care and a safe, welcoming environment for guests and their pets. You will oversee the PetsHotel operations, lead associates, and manage opening/closing procedures while maintaining store standards and a strong customer experience.

In this role, you will drive guest satisfaction, supervise team members, manage safety protocols, and support promotions and daily hotel activities within a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Leadership experience preferred and ability to train, onboard, mentor, and coach associates.
• Full-time availability, flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in computer applications and store systems.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate associate experience and development through training and coaching.
• Lead and direct staff when on duty and oversee daily tasks.
• Ensure pet and guest safety, health, and cleanliness in the hotel.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and store cleanliness.
• Coordinate hotel events and promotions; sell merchandise and services.
