This role requires regular on-site presence and collaboration with the Managing Veterinarian to ensure efficient operations, financial health, and a culture of excellence in service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 3–5 years of managerial experience, with customer service background.
• Experience in hospital, retail, or service-setting roles a plus.

• Own P&L and drive hospital performance.
• Forecast needs with regional leadership.
• Manage accounts receivable.
• Oversee inventory and control costs.
• Manage payroll for staff.
• Develop schedules and control labor costs.
• Champion changes and share best practices.
• Lead teams to improve processes in client service, operations, and admin.
• Implement technologies and initiatives to boost efficiency.
• Establish and drive hospital culture.
• Maintain licensure for DVMs.
