Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of managerial experience, including customer service.
• Experience in hospital, retail, or service-based settings a plus.
• Annual Base Salary (DOE) paid biweekly; annual bonus opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L for the hospital and drive revenue growth.
• Partner with regional leadership to forecast hospital needs.
• Manage accounts receivable and control costs.
• Oversee hospital inventory and labor costs.
• Manage payroll and staffing schedules.
• Implement new technologies to improve operations.
