PetVet Care Centers is seeking a General Practice Hospital Manager in Redmond, OR to lead a high-performing team and oversee hospital operations, finances, client experience, compliance, and staff development. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, health sciences, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of practice, healthcare, hospitality, or service-oriented operations with managerial experience.
• CVPM, MHA, or other relevant certification or advanced degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and practice management or related business systems.
• Reliable and consistent attendance is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical activities in an 8-hour day.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital support teams and manage labor goals with Medical Director.
• Champion CARE culture and hospital priorities.
• Attract, onboard, develop, schedule, and retain staff.
• Oversee client/patient flow and ensure a positive experience.
• Monitor client feedback and drive improvements.
• Oversee financial processes, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, and licensure requirements.
• Coordinate marketing and community engagement for hospital growth.
• Maintain inventory, facilities, and equipment.
