The receptionist serves as the first friendly voice clients hear, checks patients in and out, and supports the front desk operations in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Must provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Strong communication with clients and team is essential.
• Experience at a veterinary front desk is preferred.

Responsibilities

• warmly welcome clients and patients at the front desk.
• Answer and direct high-volume phone calls.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and daily workflow.
