Job summary

Kingsport Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to provide exceptional client experiences and support daily practice operations. The CSR will manage reception, records, appointments, and client communications, while upholding professional patient care standards.

The ideal candidate demonstrates an outgoing, friendly personality with strong organizational and communication skills, and is comfortable handling cash and coordinating clinic workflows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous veterinary experience preferred.
• Weekend availability required.
• References for client satisfaction preferred.
• OSHA safety techniques including proper PPE

Responsibilities

• Lead practice opening and closing procedures per instructions.
• Keep front desk, reception, waiting area, and exam rooms clean and presentable.
• Process cash, checks, and card payments; manage credit accounts.
• Schedule appointments adhering to doctor preferences and workflow.
• Update client/patient files as needed; prepare client correspondence.
• Send reminder notices and follow-ups to clients.
• Answer incoming calls with proper etiquette.
• Greet clients and patients warmly; ensure a positive experience.
• Handle emergencies per clinic policies with care and calmness.
• Address client concerns to ensure satisfaction of every visit.
