Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year of experience in veterinary or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic with clients and pets.
• Exceptional telephone and computer skills.
• Team player willing to learn and adapt.
• Experience with a Practice Management System is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer practice phone and route calls to appropriate staff.
• Maintain hospital appointment calendar and online bookings.
• Greet visitors and clients; manage waiting times and notify staff.
• Assist in training new staff and share knowledge as required.
• Keep waiting area clean and stocked; ensure safety and sanitation standards.
• Confirm appointments via client-preferred communication method; assist as needed.
