Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must demonstrate strong client service and communication skills.
• Experience in a veterinary or medical setting is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and route clients and pets for flow efficiency.
• Maximize the number of pets seen through a productive hospital workflow.
• Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service at all times.
• Educate clients about wellness plans and preventive care.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet history entry, and identification.
• Provide instructions, dispense prescriptions, and schedule appointments.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and opening/closing procedures.
• Perform administrative duties and other tasks as assigned.
