Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome pet parents and guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Organize and process check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Walk dogs and coordinate suite placement while meeting needs.
• Answer calls, voicemails, and emails promptly with solutions.
• Handle cashier and point-of-sale operations accurately.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and assist with the cat room as needed.
