Pet Paradise is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome guests and their pets at our Chattanooga resort. You will manage check-ins/outs, handle phone calls, and coordinate suite placements while ensuring a safe, friendly environment.

Starting pay is $13.50/hour with scheduled increases at 6 months and on the annual anniversary. The role offers strong advancement tracks through company academies and a comprehensive benefits package for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a customer service role with friendly, solution-focused approach.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail in person and written form.
• Able to handle physical tasks and multi-task in a fast-paced front desk role.

Responsibilities

• Greet pet parents and guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Check-ins/outs, cashier duties, and basic front-desk operations.
• Coordinate pet drop-offs, suite placement, and harness handling.
• Answer calls, emails, and messages promptly with problem-solving mindset.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and assist with daily operations.
