Pet Paradise is hiring a Front Desk Supervisor with leadership and customer service experience to oversee Front Desk staff and ensure a high standard of guest care. The role includes coaching team members, managing check‑ins/outs, and maintaining welcoming lobby operations across shifts.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, cash handling, and sales skills.
• Comfortable working around dogs and lifting up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Front Desk Associates, including training and coaching.
• Assist management with staff training and performance reviews.
• Document hazards or behavioral issues to management.
• Handle check‑ins/outs, phone calls, and lobby upkeep during hours.
