Pet Supplies Plus 4074 is seeking a Store Shift Supervisor to lead the team during shifts, delivering neighborly service and ensuring smooth daily operations in a pet-loving community store.

The role requires at least 2+ years of retail experience, strong customer service and sales skills, and the ability to handle physical store tasks and flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A 18+ age minimum is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, twist, and move for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders and perform physical store tasks.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible schedules (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Must be 18+ years old and able to meet hiring requirements set by the local franchise owner.

Responsibilities

• Deliver neighborly service by helping customers select toys and products.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations.
• Assist customers with transactions, returns, and issue resolution.
• Support daily operations and ensure a smooth shift.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Step in to support the team during busy periods.
