Pet Supplies Plus 4255 is seeking a Store Shift Supervisor to lead our neighborly team during busy shifts and ensure a friendly shopping experience for every customer and their pet.

You will manage daily store operations, assign tasks, support staff, and ensure outstanding customer service while handling transactions and keeping the store clean and organized. Previous retail leadership is a plus; 18+ and flexible schedules required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, twist, and move for extended periods of time.
• Flexible schedules (evenings, weekends, holidays)

Responsibilities

• Deliver neighborly service by helping customers select products.
• Lead the team during shifts and manage priorities and time.
• Support daily operations and ensure a smooth, efficient shift.
• Assist customers with product recommendations and handle returns or issues.
• Place and manage special orders and online order fulfillment.
• Reconcile cash drawers and complete end-of-day procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Step in to support the team during busy periods.
